Every moment has its own space

6,200 m² of lawn, centuries-old oaks and lavender, with a 16 × 8 metre saltwater pool looking out over the Sienese hills. It is the heart of summer celebrations: aperitifs at sunset, dinner under festoon lights, dancing late into the evening. Outdoors we host up to 120 guests.

Seed and hay were stored here during the years the house stood unfinished. Today it is a single space of about 130 m² (12 × 11 m), marked out by two central pillars. Among white drapes and candles, it is the most striking space at the villa.

100 m² of terraces overlooking the grounds, perfect for the welcome toast or the dessert buffet, with the lit villa behind you. In winter they glow with fairy lights.

Three connecting rooms, about 155 m² in all:

• The great hall: about 100 m² (10.4 × 11.2 m) with ceilings reaching 4.34 m. Two large French windows open onto the garden.
• The middle room: 34 m², linked to the great hall by a double door.
• The entrance room: 21 m², joined to the middle room by an opening over 4 metres wide.

With exposed stone and crystal chandeliers, they seat up to 120 guests at round tables. Different layouts are possible for smaller events. They are also the rain plan, always ready.
